BEFORE AND AFTER

CLARK ÁDÁM SQUARE

Located at Clark Ádám Square, near Budapest's iconic Chain Bridge, this apartment had undergone a previous renovation that no longer reflected the quality or aesthetic expectations of its new owners. Having recently purchased the property, the clients wanted to create a home that better suited their personal style and everyday needs, introducing a modern neoclassical design that combines timeless elegance with contemporary functionality.

Our approach focused on a comprehensive interior renovation while maintaining the apartment's original layout and internal walls. During the works, we discovered that the existing flooring substrate was cracking throughout the property, presenting an opportunity to rebuild the floor properly and establish a solid foundation for the new finishes. The transformation also included the complete renovation of the bathroom and guest toilet, the installation of air conditioning, new lighting, and custom drywall ceilings, bringing greater comfort and a more cohesive architectural character to the interior.

A central part of the project was the design and installation of bespoke built-in furniture, including the kitchen, wardrobes, and integrated storage solutions. Every element was carefully considered to complement the neoclassical aesthetic, creating a harmonious balance between elegant proportions, refined finishes, and practical everyday living.

The result is a sophisticated and personalised residence where classical inspiration meets modern comfort, demonstrating how a carefully planned renovation can completely redefine the atmosphere and quality of an existing home without altering its original spatial arrangement.
